How to book
Before you book you can find out more about EF Language Travel and our courses by ordering a free brochure, surfing this website or calling us on xxxxx. To meet us in person – come to our information meetings or open houses where we answer all your questions. Click here to find out where and when we'll be in your city.
You can make your booking on this website, by phone or by sending in the application form found in the brochure.
Payment
When you have booked you Language Travel, a detailed specification and invoice will be sent to your home address. First payment is [add local terms for first payment]. Your final payment only need to be with us [add local terms for final payment].

Before departure
X weeks before departure you will be invited to a pre departure meeting. Here we go through all the practical details as travel information, what to pack etc. Students also get the Travel Handbook where all practical questions are answered. If you want to contact the leaders, this will be possible through the email addresses and phone numbers sent out.
During the stay
Should you have any questions once your child is in the course town, don’t hesitate to contact us on xxxx. If you wish to contact your child directly we suggest you purchase a pre-paid phone card from us. You will find more information on www.ef.ekit.com
